Dr. Dorothy Height, chair and president emerita of the National Council of Negro Women, addresses women leaders at the Alpha Kappa Alpha biennial conference in Orlando, FL.  She and Sec. Paige encouraged the 8,500 members of the sorority to join the partnership to leave no child behind.
