UCRIHS now invites investigators to submit renewal forms by e-mail. Simply download the renewal form, fill it in, and attach it with a copy of your current consent form to an e-mail message. Send it to [email protected]. The e-mail message must be sent from the Responsible Investigator's e-mail account. We hope that this will be a greater convenience to investigators.
