I tried and tried, but just couldn't come up with any good hierarchy within which to present these projects. Instead, I'll give you this little chart. It's a rough sumary of what has to do with what.

Physics Applets - a series of Java applets I wrote
that teach physics visually and interactively.
Plot3D - A pre-Java3D three dimensional data plotter.
Trailblazer - One of the first applets I ever wrote. Dynamically
creates a "site map" of a web site and allows the user to do string searches across the entire site.
CEP909 - A course called Cognition and Technology that I'm taking. Here are some assignments
for it.
LON - The LearningOnline Network. A project of the LITE
for deploying web based courses and organizing educational objects.
VRainforest - Will be a virtual reality representation of a rainforest region in Costa
Rica. I work on it at BSRSI.
JEAV - Java Educational Astrophysics Visualization. A project I'm working on for my own research.
Uses Java3D to teach astrophysics.
Misc. VRML - a few VRML worlds I've made.
VR Lab - The main BSRSI lab area, modelled with VRML.
